Openings

We currently have openings for new members to join the team. We are looking for candidates who are interested in applying AI and computing to solving important scientific challenges, specifically in chemistry and the materials science. Candidates with proficiency in machine learning, programming (ideally with experience working in HPC), and chemistry/chemical engineering/materials science (particularly with ab initio computational methods) are highly encouraged to apply. We also seek candidates with expertise in just one particular listed area but are interested in our research and have a passion to learn new skills. Postdocs: There are no openings currently for postdocs.

Graduate Students: We are currently accepting graduate students (PhD and MS) to join the group. Prospective students who are not part of GT should first apply to a graduate program in the College of Computing , and send me an email. Please email me your CV and some research areas in our group you may be interested in. Examples of previous work, papers and/or code will also be useful to include here.

Undergraduate Students and Interns: We are currently accepting a limited number of undergraduate students at GT to join the group for research course credits. Please email me your CV and some research areas in our group you may be interested in. Examples of previous work, papers and/or code will also be useful to include here.

Visting Students and Scholars: We are currently accepting visitng scholars. If you have secured or are in the process of securing funding for a visiting term in our group, please email me your CV and contact information of your current advisor or department, along with other details such as the source of funding and period of support.
